 Went to the attorneys today to sign our bankruptcy petitions.  I thought it would be a hour appointment or less, but it turned out to be much longer.  My attorney worked out all the numbers before i signed.  I thought that I would sign and then he would prepare the proposed plan later.  I guess the plan has to be complete before the plan is filed.  Roger's was a piece of cake, since it was a chapter 7 and he has no income.  Mine's a little more complicated, since he's my dependent now and I'm paying all of his bills.  After about 3 1/2 hours the petition was ready for me to sign and it should have been filed this morning.  Roger has his hearing date on 3/22, but I haven't received one yet.

Chap 7 was easy for me.. yet scary cuz of my anxiety.. had to sit in front of people.. and a before a judge and others.. and be tape recorded to tell truth etc.. ugh! I ALWAYS Tell the Truth!
